So this mod does the same as SPG, allowing you to have unlimited garages, where ever you want, but my version allows a couple of things.
Go to the office or use you phone if you've enabled this choice. This one is new, to buy a property, just go near the (For Sale) sign and there you can buy it, note that there is no blips in the signs.
