I can't believe that supply lines (especially in survival where you can't fast travel and ammo have weight) don't make settlements share loot. But the really annoying thing is dropping loot like armor, weapons, ammo in the closest settlements and having all of my loot scattered all over the map. Enemies don't feel as bullet sponge as much as on Very Hard and saving when you sleep actually feel like a rogue-lite (which had to get used to tbh).
